How far back should a resume go?

You are likely being interviewed for your current experiences so there is no reason to talk about what happened past 15 years ago. Writing about your current work experiences will enable the interviewer to stay focused on your relative experience. If you feel it’s necessary to list all your positions, you can just list them at the end of the experience section. There are some fields that require more complete work histories so you will have to list all your positions. (F
